TRAINING IDEAS
FOOTBALL DRILLS.
MORE PURPOSE.
Practical ideas for first touch, finishing and goalkeeping with a POWAPASS training machine.

01 / SOLO
FIRST TOUCH & TURN
Mark out a receiving area. Control the delivery into space, turn and play your next pass. Reset before repeating.

02 / ONE-TO-ONE
RECEIVE & FINISH
Position the player to receive before shooting at a target. Pause to review the body shape, first touch and finish.

03 / SMALL GROUP
PASS & MOVE
Use a receiving station, a passing target and a recovery queue. Rotate roles so each player has a clear task.
QUALITY BEFORE QUANTITY
GIVE EVERY
REPETITION A JOB.
Decide what a successful repetition looks like before you start. A controlled first touch into the target area is a more useful goal than simply counting deliveries.
Begin at a comfortable setting and adjust the challenge gradually. Build in recovery time and feedback. Follow the product’s setup and operating instructions; keep the delivery area clear and supervise younger players.

MAKE THE DRILL WORK
SET A TARGET.
CHANGE ONE THING.
| Focus | Start here | Progress when ready |
|---|---|---|
| First touch | Receive into a marked area. | Change the receiving foot or target direction. |
| Finishing | Control, then aim for a clear target. | Vary the approach or reduce the number of touches. |
| Goalkeeping | Set the feet and prepare for each ball. | Let a coach adjust the delivery and provide feedback. |
These are session ideas. Choose settings and distances for the player’s ability, available space and operating instructions.
